We welcome students from all backgrounds, denominations, and levels of formal education. What matters to us is not your academic credentials — it is your hunger for God's Word, your willingness to be formed, and your desire to serve.
Eligibility
We have deliberately kept our eligibility requirements accessible. Theological education should not be locked behind high academic gates. If you meet these basic criteria, you are welcome to apply.
18 to 60 years (primary range: 18–45; senior range: 46–60)
Active Christian believer committed to personal spiritual growth
Minimum completion of secondary schooling (10th standard or equivalent) — exceptions considered for mature candidates with significant ministry experience
A genuine call to ministry and a life consistent with Christian values
Basic English reading ability preferred; spoken English training is provided
Preference given to candidates with endorsement from their local pastor or church leader

Complete the Application Form
Fill out the application form with your personal details, spiritual background, ministry experience (if any), and your choice of programme (C.Th, D.Th, or B.Th).

Submit Required Documents
Gather and submit the required documents:
- Completed application form
- Passport-sized photograph (2 copies)
- Copy of educational certificates (10th standard or above)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card or valid government ID
- Pastoral/church recommendation letter (if applicable)

Admission Confirmation
After reviewing your application, the admissions office will confirm your enrolment and provide details for fee payment and the academic calendar.

Pay Admission Fee & Receive Study Materials
Pay the ₹1,000 admission fee to secure your seat. Upon commencement, you will receive your printed study materials and notebooks for the academic year.

Common Questions
Can I join if I am working full-time?
Yes. The seminary's structure is designed to accommodate working adults and those in active ministry. Contact us to discuss class schedules and options.
Do I need prior theological training to apply?
No. The Certificate in Theology is specifically designed for those with no prior formal theological training. We welcome beginners.
Is there a deadline for applications?
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. However, we encourage early applications to secure your place in the current academic intake.
Can I transfer from another theological institution?
Transfer applications are reviewed case by case. Speak to the admissions office for guidance.
Is accommodation provided?
The seminary does not currently operate residential housing, but accommodation can be arranged through the church. Just get in touch with us, and we'll sort something out.
